OUR Projects
PAD works across diverse geographies — from post-industrial neighborhoods and segregated rural areas to cultural landscapes and vulnerable ecological systems. Our projects respond to situated challenges using participatory planning, research-based advocacy, policy analysis, and socially engaged art.
We organize our work along three interconnected thematic clusters:

Urban Peripheries and Environmental Inequality
Projects in this cluster examine how spatial exclusion, infrastructural neglect, and environmental injustice co-produce lived inequality. We focus on access to services, housing, water, mobility, and local health conditions.
Landscapes of Use and Ecological Transformation
This cluster explores how land and water territories are shaped by agriculture, industry, and tourism. We co-develop regenerative practices and adaptive strategies in dialogue with local ecologies and communities.
Imagination and Representation
This cluster explores how land and water territories are shaped by agriculture, industry, and tourism. We co-develop regenerative practices and adaptive strategies in dialogue with local ecologies and communities.
